I am not a diabetic but I found that these help regulate my blood sugar very well! I work in healthcare and constantly on my feet. I have a bar at 10 every morning because by that time my breakfast is wearing off and I need some protein to hold me over to lunch. Works great and tasks amazing!

I received the wrong flavor and was told they would ship the correct one to me but I still haven’t received that and it’s been over a month. Overall I am not a fan of the taste or texture of the product and won’t recommend them to anyone else.

I have a brownie bite every single night after dinner! My night is really not complete without it. The flavor is not overwhelmingly rich and it satisfies my sweet tooth. I feel good knowing there is this much protein in my favorite snack and that sugars are low. If you break this up and throw it a healthy milkshake or other dessert...OMG!
